ARCHITECTURE + ENGINEERING
We provide comprehensive architectural design services, including the development of construction documents, coordination with consulting engineers, and integration of structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil systems. Services also include regulatory compliance, coordination with design review committees, and preparation of required documentation to obtain approvals and permits from local governing jurisdictions.
SITE ANALYSIS
We provide comprehensive site analysis to evaluate the physical, environmental, and regulatory conditions influencing architectural design and development. Services include assessment of topography, drainage, solar orientation, site access, zoning requirements, setbacks, and existing infrastructure to identify development opportunities, constraints, and optimal building placement.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
We provide conceptual design services to establish the initial architectural direction of a project through evaluation of client objectives, program requirements, site conditions, and design opportunities. Services include preliminary space planning, building massing, schematic layouts, and architectural studies to develop a cohesive design concept that informs subsequent phases of development.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
We provide construction administration services to support the accurate execution of architectural design throughout the construction process. Services include coordination with contractors and consultants, review of submittals and requests for information (RFIs), periodic site observations, and evaluation of construction progress for general conformance with the approved construction documents.
